Jeremy Stone was born and raised on a farm in southern Rhode Island and seemed an unlikely candidate to pursue a successful career in makeup. Being encouraged to play with trucks and GI Joes growing up, makeup and hair accessories was out of the question. He remembers using coloring books, drawing and painting to express his creative side. “I used to color in coloring books and only color in the girl’s faces. Eyes were shaded, faces contoured, cheeks were flushed and hair was given highlights.” Since then Jeremy has worked on fashion shows in New York, Tokyo and Boston, the CBS Early show, Miss America Pageants, numerous magazine editorials, weddings and so on. He is constantly trying to perfect his craft and no job seems too big or too small. “I like to give each face I work on 150%”. This is evident is his crazy attention to detail, impeccable blending, and color selection. From natural wedding makeup to glamorous pageant looks to Avant-garde editiorial’s Jeremy seems to have a knack for it all. Keep your made up eyes on this one.
