What can I say!?! Nathan and Jorge are both incredible, and extremely talented at what they do. When it came to choosing a hair stylist for my wedding, I knew I had to have Nathan, and then Nathan introduced me to Jorge, and I knew I had to have Jorge too. Luckily they were both all in for making the trip from Boston to San Juan, PR for Memorial Day Weekend. The day of my wedding Nathan made sure everyone's hair was exactly what they envisioned, and Jorge ensured everyone was feeling beautiful. Nathan & Jorge made sure to follow me around after the ceremony for touch ups and extra bobby pins since it was a windy day on the beach. Post pictures they followed myself, my mom and the bridesmaids around the reception for touch ups to make sure everyone's hair was in place and everyone was still looking flawless. I couldn't have asked for a more attentive hair stylist & make up artist for myself and bridesmaids the day of my wedding. Not only are they attentive to detail, but also professional, fun and truly the best! I would recommend Nathan & Jorge 12/10 times over and over again.Nathan & Jorge, thank you for being a part of our PR wedding! You made me feel so special, and helped make our day feel even more special!

Nathan and Sparklle were two of the most integral people in making my wedding day so spectacular! Leading up to the wedding, I made the regrettable mistake of booking with another hair/makeup artist local to my venue (we had a destination wedding). After multiple trials, she couldn't deliver the sexy glam look I wanted. Only 6 weeks out from the wedding, I put an emergency call into Nathan whose team had done my Boston bridal shower a few weeks earlier. To my surprise, Nathan (the beauty extraordinaire) called me back immediately, calmed me down, and even rearranged his own schedule so that the could personally do my hair himself because he wanted to ensure my wedding look was perfection! From that first call, Nathan went above and beyond to work on my full beauty vision, the care of my hair & extensions, and gave recommendations on how to best integrate the hair/makeup with my dress and jewelry. For my makeup, I begged for Sparkle who had delivered my stunning bridal shower look. Sparkle is hands down the best makeup artist I have ever worked with (I used to work in fashion with many New York MUA artists)! The day of the wedding, Nathan and Sparklle were my personal glam squad. They were consummate professionals, my trusted advisors, and my constant supporters. During my most intimate wedding moments, they were devoted to ensuring I looked and felt my best - they executed perfectly! I am a Nathan/Sparklle devotee for life!!

Words cannot describe how amazed and thankful I was for Nathan and his glam squad. I think everyone knows how planning a wedding can be stressful, but Nathan was an absolute joy to work with since the first e-mail. When I first spoke with Nathan, he blew me away with his professionalism, composure, humor, an organization. I knew after the first e-mail and phone call that he was the one I needed by my side to do my glam process before my wedding. Throughout this whole process, he calmed my nerves and assured me that everything was going to be perfect. For my hair and makeup trial, Nathan and Jeremy blew me away. I sent Nathan pictures of what I liked for hairstyles, and he produced an amazing half up and half down look for me. The whole process was so fun, and it felt like we were old friends catching up. They really delivered during the trial, and it reassured me that I hired the best. Leading up to the wedding, Nathan was amazing with his planning and organization. He would e-mail schedules for the day. So, I had a bit of a panic leading up to my wedding because I saw in the wedding forecast that it might rain during my OUTDOOR wedding. I emailed Nathan about my concerns about my hair, and he called me to tell me that everything would be ok and that we would figure it out. It calmed my nerves that he cared so much about me and about what I thought, and immediately, I knew that I hired the best and right guy for my wedding look. I trusted him all the way. Fast forward to the wedding day. Nathan and his glam squad came to the suite for the getting ready process, and they were truly incredible. They made the whole vibe so amazing for me and my bridal party, and everyone looked absolutely stunning. So, during my hair and make up trial, Nathan worked on a half up and half down look for the day, but I completely changed my mind the day of the wedding and opted for an up-do. I told Nathan that I wanted it all up, and he looked at me with absolute confidence and said, “I got it, don’t worry!” I trusted Nathan to create the perfect up do on the fly, and he delivered absolute perfection. He is truly the best. My hair looked amazing! (Up-do with pearl pins). It was elegant and beautiful, and I LOVED IT. Sweet Jeremy did my make up, and I felt like a queen throughout this whole thing. Jeremy is so talented that I asked for a natural look, and it was like he read my mind. He created everything that I envisioned for my make up to the very last detail. After all the process was done, Nathan and Jeremy stood by my side throughout all the pictures making sure everything with me and my bridal party was on point before I walked down the aisle. From the extra hair sprays to the lip gloss, I literally felt like a celebrity for my wedding! Long story short, Nathan and his team are the absolute best. They were flawless and perfect, and the next time I need to get beautified, I know who I am calling! If you’re looking for the best, Nathan and his team are it.

 Nathan - thank you for being so amazing. I am grateful that you were apart of my special day. I wouldn’t have had it any other way.

Nathan is a freaking rock star and so is his team! For my trial, he drove out of his way to accomodate our schedule because we live out of town. And on the big day, Nathan was super efficient, stuck exactly to his timeline, had great beautify-ing tunes, and--most importantly--a fabulous attitude (which helped set the perfect tone and atmosphere for getting ready with my bridesmaids!!). Also, he's a curl wizard. No joke, he works magic: I have the finest, straightest hair and I've never seen it hold a curl for more than a few hours in my entire life (and I've had it professionally done a few times to-date). He is literally the only human I have yet to encounter who can make my hair keep its style ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT long. I can't thank him enough for making me feel so fantastic and confident about my wedding day look. xoxox!

Nathan and his whole team were amazing. I first learned about them when my sister-in-law used them for her wedding the year before mine. I chose to have Nathan and his entourage come to our bridal suite at our hotel to help us get ready. They arrived promptly and began right away. I felt totally comfortable in their hands. Not only were each of the stylists incredibly talented, they were all very friendly and personable. I was thrilled with the way my hair and makeup came out, as well as for each of my bridesmaids. My hair and makeup held in place long into the night. My big day would not have been the same without them!

I would highly recommend Nathan and his team. My wedding party and I were so impressed with how fun and relaxing the morning of the wedding was. Everyone looked incredible! We had a large wedding party and everyone was able to have hair and make up done in a timely fashion. The most important part though.... our hair and make up still looked great well into a night of dancing. There was no lashes falling off or curls losing their bounce. I would chose them for my wedding (and any other event where I need hair and make up done) over and over and over again.

I could not say enough about how fantastic Wedding AffHairs is, especially Nathan and Jeremy! When I started planning my wedding at the Omni Mt. Washington in NH, I didn’t know where to go first for a hair and makeup artist. Marjorie at the Omni Mt. Washington highly recommended Nathan so I reached out. He was very responsive and immediately able to get me a quote for what I was looking for. Since your one and only wedding is kind of a big deal I decided to get a hair and makeup trial. Nathan was very accommodating to my schedule and made the ideal time work for a hair trial, and put me in touch with one of his colleagues, Jeremy, for a makeup trial. Nathan came to my apartment with a suitcase of supplies and styled my hair after a photo I showed him. It looked great! Jeremy and I also did a makeup trial at his studio and I LOVED my makeup. Both trials got me excited for the big day! On the wedding day, I could not have been happier with Jeremy and Nathan – and they were so accommodating to tweaks I wanted to make. They both arrived on time, did the hair and make up for 6 of us, and were amazing to work with – catering their approaches to the styles and desires of each girl. I would HIGHLY recommend Nathan and Jeremy for your wedding – they will not disappoint!

I had the best experience working with Jeremy and Nathan for my wedding hair and make-up. They were very easy to talk to and get in touch with in the months leading up to the wedding. They arranged for me to have a trial and fielded my questions via email prior to the wedding day. Our wedding was more complicated then the average given we were having two ceremonies in one day as I am Hindu and my husband is Catholic. We were so grateful to have found Jeremy and Nathan to help us navigate hair and makeup for the big day for both ceremonies. They arranged an amazing schedule for the day to help everything go smoothly and they managed to put together a wonderful team to help style not only myself but also my close family, my 8 bridesmaids and my mom and now mother-in-law. Everyone was thrilled with their looks. I was especially impressed with Jeremy's incredible make-up skills - He made everything look natural and beautiful and he understood the different looks I wanted for the two different ceremonies. Nathan was particularly patient with me as well and made sure I was happy with my hair on my wedding day. They both styled my mom and we both were very happy with her final looks as well. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about this pair - they have a lot of talent, they are extremely professional and I highly recommend them both!

Nathan and Jeremy did a wonderful job on my wedding with hair & make-up. Everything was done so well, all bridesmaids and mothers were beautiful and happy. They are very communicative, easy to talk to, artistic and brought fun mood in early morning wedding prep. I loved the trials, and discussions and all the help. Very , very good choice! I cannot begin to describe how happy I am that I picked Nathan, Jeremy and the Wedding affHairs team for my wedding. 

In weddings I’ve been in previously, I always find myself having to tell and retell the stylists how to properly prep and style my hair with, no success, creating a pretty stressful situation.  In almost all cases, I would find myself fixing my hair once the stylist was done.  So, I was a little nervous about how this might play out for my own wedding, but all of my fears about this experience slipped away when I met Nathan and Jeremy during my hair and makeup trial. I promised myself I would just "trust" in the process and let the professionals do their job before I had to fix it, but Nathan knew right away what my hair needed. I sat back and watched with awe as Nathan began straightening and curling in all the right places! Not only did he understand what my hair needed, but he paid such excellent attention to detail and my vision. I remember feeling instantly at ease and knew I made the right decision in picking Nathan and his team. 

During my makeup trial Jeremy went above and beyond in creating a flawless natural look that allowed me to still look and feel like me. We spent time discussing the look and colors I was going for, and what he came up with was better than I could have ever described.

The morning of our wedding, we showed up and the entire team was set and ready to go. I had never seen a team so organized and prepared to work – this instantly put both me and the rest of the bridal party at ease and ultimately allowed us to truly enjoy the entire morning together. 

Not only did my hair and makeup come out better than I could have imagined, they made sure to pay the same amount of attention to my entire bridal party.  

On top of that, Nathan was extremely easy to communicate with which is very important when it comes to dealing with multiple vendors.  He even helped make sure my wedding coordinator knew what I needed done so I no longer had to worry about it. 

This crew will not steer you wrong. You are investing in more than a glam team with Nathan & Jeremy. They have my highest recommendation.

Nathan gave me their hairdo of my dreams!!! He crafted me a VERY involved updo with flowers and we had never trialed it before! The morning of the wedding, I changed my mind on what I wanted and he rolled with it without hesitation, like a true pro. With my simple dress, the hairdo gave my look the pop I was looking for! He literally built a gorgeous (and massive I might add) dream nest that couldn’t represent my style better. Messy yet elegant, bold yet effortless. Highly recommend Nathan!!! #thedoughnutdidwonders

 Nathan is a rock star! He came highly recommended by my wedding planner (Events By Sorrell) and it took only a few back-and-forth messages to know that I was dealing with someone who loves what he does, someone who is super high energy/fun, and does amazing work. It was a huge bonus that Nathan also has some of the best make-up artists on his team! It was seriously a no brainer to work with him!
 

Nathan was super accommodating throughout the entire process, starting from my hair & makeup trial, where he found time to squeeze me in when I was in town last min. The entire time Nathan was very patient and really helped me narrow down the look I wanted to achieve for the wedding day. Highly recommend doing a trial with him!
 

When the wedding day came, Nathan rolled in looking super cute and bursting with energy (it was 6:30AM).. you could say he was my coffee :). Sitting in a room for 5 hrs while everyone gets their hair and makeup down can feel pretty long but there was no dull moment with him! He has such a beautiful, fun, happy vibe.. exactly what you need the morning of your wedding!
 

I had 11 ladies getting their hair & makeup done and Nathan was super efficient, stuck exactly to his timeline, nailed every hairstyle, and still somehow had the energy to keep us laughing all morning! I call him a curling wizard. No joke, he works magic. My hair is normally straight and does not hold curl longer than 1 - 2 hrs and after Nathan threw his magic at it, my hair held its shape ALL DAY long. I can't thank him enough for making me feel so fantastic and pretty all day long! xoxox!

I hired Wedding affHairs by Nathan Alan to provide hair and make-up services for my wedding party. From the trial to the day of Nathan, Chime, and their free lancer, Stephanie  were incredible! They were on-time, prompt, and professional. More importantly they provided our bridal suite with entertainment and the type of energy we needed to get the day rolling! We received so many compliments on our hair and makeup and the pictures are proof that the makeup and hair lasted well beyond the 12 hours that we needed it to! I won't be going to anyone else and I won't recommend anyone else for future events! I'm hooked!

Nathan and Christina were fantastic! Both were practically a part of the family by the time we got to the second wedding, ha. We had one local church service in Boston and another outdoor ceremony on Martha's Vineyard where they traveled to us both times. Nathan was very responsive over email/text, probably the most responsive of our vendors. Very flexible as we started with many planning on getting makeup and ended up with just me. Both Nathan and Christina did an amazing job on the hair for a wedding party of 6 including mothers/junior bridesmaid and me! I loved how flexible Christina was on the makeup as I didn't want a ton and she did a fabulous job of making it look natural yet special for my wedding day!

Nathan went above and beyond to ensure my wedding looks were exactly as I desired. I am extremely particular, and his skills exceeded my expectations. I had 2 elaborate old Hollywood themed hair styles that he executed perfectly with professional attention and playful flair. Nathan set a positive tone with me and my bridesmaids and made us all feel like movie stars. He made sure my hair stayed fresh throughout the reception with periodic touch ups so I stayed as fresh as I did during the first look. If you want to feel and look you best on your most special day, Nathan is the one to call!

This past Saturday was my wedding day, we spent our morning with Nathan and his beautification team! Myself, mother, step mother, maid of honor, and a few bridesmaids! We arrived with naked faces and our hair with 1 day old blowouts -as advised for our curls and updos to last longer- which truley helped because dispite the rain and wind all of our hair styles stayed in tact for the entire wedding!!! My makeup and hair was straight out of a fairytail! My makeup felt shimmery and perfect but very natural and my hair was pulled half back with soft loose waves! It was even better then what I had imagined! The rest of the wedding party felt the same! Each maid had her own style and you couldn't truly see all of their personality shining theough! Especially my mother who was a little nervous going into the makeup appointment (having never had her makeup professionally done before) but I'm convinced it might become a regular thing now!!!! We all had such a great experience with them I 100% recommend Nathan to any future brides or any other reason you have to get beautified!

Nathan was absolutely amazing! For my October wedding in Boston he did my hair, as well as four other very important women. He was easy to communicate with throughout the process, did a great job on my trial, and made some tweaks that made it even more beautiful for my actual wedding day! In addition to loving the end result, his energy throughout the morning while we were getting ready was infectious and had us all laughing. Thank you, Nathan!

Nathan was fantastic! He arrived early and was thoroughly prepared, which put him ahead of schedule. He was fantastic with our whole wedding party, and I loved how he brought out the simple yet romantic look I imagined (long simple waves that hold and chunky detailed braid). Nathan was extremely flexible with folks who had a really specific look in mind, and he worked until he they were totally in love with the look. He was even amazing with my nieces, who were only 3 and 5 years old! I would absolutely recommend Nathan for any event where you want to feel your best!

Thank the wedding gods that i found Nathan and his team for my wedding hair as well as my bridesmaids’. I knew I was in good hands after my trial run with Nathan a few months out from the big day. He is extremely talented (I have quite the mane, and it takes someone who really knows what he’s doing to make it to work and stay), full of energy, really went above and beyond to help me dial in my look (even when I changed it the morning of, he brought out some serious magic and gave me perfect diva hair), and was such a blast to work with and super accommodating (I worked with him again for a blow out for my shower, and he set up a special appointment for me). PLUS he helped me and brought another stylist for me and my 8 bridesmaids, so that we could all be done in 2 hours – the party beats, good vibes, and bubbles are free flowing. Who doesn’t want to have an in suite blow out party with their closest friends on their wedding day? Awesome. And so incredibly affordable. BEST logistic and financial decision ever. We hosted our wedding out of town so when it came to selecting hair & makeup, I was a little nervous on where to start. Being a bridesmaid in 10 prior weddings, I’ve experienced total disasters!

Our day-of coordinator, Sorrell Downing, recommended Nathan and I was so grateful she did.

Nathan listened to what I wanted to achieve with natural makeup and a “loose but neat” fishtail braid. He and Noel nailed the trial and were a total delight during the morning of our wedding.

In addition to my hair & makeup, they also handled 4 people in our wedding party and everyone was very happy with the final result.

I 100% recommend Nathan and Noel!

I don’t even know where to start. This is the true meaning of dream team! From the moment Nathan, Jeremy, Sparklle and Brandy walked into my home until the moment they left was a blast! They are incredibly talented and not one of my girls including myself felt less like a million bucks! Not only their amazing work but their personalities rock the experience from start to finish was full of love and laughs.

As the bride I have dreamt of that day and the whole experience and I felt so beautiful I couldn’t ask for a better hair stylist Nathan and make up artist Jeremy to make that dream come true. It has been over a week since my wedding and we are still talking about the fun we had. Thank you guys for everything and I will forever be recommending them to everyone.
